Depending on your app Access Model, you may need to approve app users before they can access the app profile. You can also block people at any stage.
The ability to approve or block people can be found under the sidemenu at 'More' > 'People'.
Approving
To approve a person to access your app, you will need to follow the steps below:
Navigate to the 'People' section of the dashboard.
Find the relevant person in the list, or search for their name using the search bar.
Hover you mouse over the person's name, and click the 'Approve' option that appears below.
That's it! The person will recieve a notification that they have been granted access to the app, and will now be able to access the content you publish within.
Blocking
To block a person from accessing your app, you will need to follow the steps below:
Navigate to the 'People' section of the dashboard.
Find the relevant person in the list, or search for their name using the search bar.
Hover you mouse over the person's name, and click the 'Block' option that appears below.
That's it! The person will no longer be able to access your app, nor see any of the content published within. If you ever need to unblock a user, just check the 'Blocked' tab in the list of people, hover your mouse over their name, and click unblock.
